Kramer Electronics PT-571 HDMI Over Twisted Pair Transmitter

The PT-571 HDMI over Twisted Pair Transmitter converts an HDMI signal to a single twisted pair signal. When coupled with a PT-572 receiver, the unit allows transmission of signals up to a distance of 330' (100m) via STP (shielded twisted pair) cables. It offers data rates up to 1.65Gbps and is compatible with HDTV, HDCP, HDMI and 3D signals.

The unit allows transfer of EDID and HDCP signals from source to display. With LED status lights, the unit indicates the detection of input signals and transmission of output signals. The transmitter powers the receiver via a single connection. Being compact (2.4 x 2.1 x 1" / 6.2 x 5.2 x 2.4cm), 4 units can be rack mounted side-by-side in a 1U rack space with the optional RK-4PT rack adaptor.
