solid and sturdy tripod
Heavy enough for a quality camera and lens, light enough to travel with you easily. This tripod is extremely sturdy and seems to be of good quality. I expect to get many years of use from it.

solid product
Great portable tripod. I use it for mobile videography and the ball head is nice for switching from portrait to landscape. Easy to adjust and quite stable for a travel tripod

My First Tripod
This is the first tripod I bought. I was looking for something that was lightweight and great for travelling. I love the flipping leg locks as it makes it much easier to set up and pack the tripod. I prefer this over the twisting locks. The weight rating is okay, not superb. Overall, it's a great tripod to use for any mirrorless setup.

Great tripod
Very light and also very sturdy. Easy to set up and mount camera. Was able to take some very clear astrophotography images on the first try!

Great for astro binoculars

Good value, sturdy, nice features.
This is a big upgrade from what I have. Space and weight are always an issue when traveling or hiking. I think I can bring this most places without much trouble.

NOT FOR AN SLR
The thought of having a tripod that would be easy to travel with is appealing; however this one IS NOT for an SLR.
Although it is advertised to have a capacity of 13.2 pounds, it would not hold my Canon 77D and Tamron 18-400 lens steady enough to even focus on the subject, let alone take a picture.
This might be great for your iPhone or point and shoot, but not for serious photography.

Great travel tripod
The Vanguard VEO 235AB is a nice little tripod. Flipping the main section to bring it to the upright position takes a bit of getting used to, but is quick and easy once you get the hang of it, and that's what makes it so compact. And, for a compact tripod, it's very sturdy and will support most any typical DSLR and lens combination. It extends to nearly 5 feet, which is perfect for most people. The ball head and quick release plate work smoothly and are well-designed. Rubber coating on the upper legs make it easier to grip, especially in cold weather. And finally, the carry bag has a should strap to make it easy to carry.

Solid, Sturdy, Portable, Amazing
More than i hoped for, was looking for an alternative to a giant, heavy tripod....this fulfilled my wishes and more. Tripod is very solidly built, very portable, and full of adjustments to help you get that great shot....love it, would highly recommend for someone like me (hobbyist) looking for a great tripod for the value

I've had everything from the cheap aluminum, to the pricey carbon fiber, not only is this tri-pod good for the money, it's just down right good. Solid, sturdy, and easy to carry. Zero complaints.

Solid tripod
It has a good size, weight is a little heafty but I think its because of the smaller size. It clamps down nicely and is solid carrying my camera.
