Very solid & Light
Very solid monopod with very easy to use and secure flip clamps that hold the position. The ball socket can be securely clamped. Quite light.

Surdy, Respectable
Overall, this is a great monopod. Although I'm only 6'0'tall, it's tall enough for me to angle it out in front a bit for added stability (and a lot of monopods aren't long enough for some reason). The quick release leg sections work well and the small ball-head is fine. I suppose if I used this for more than occasional shots I would invest in a separate (and much more expensive) ball head, but for me and my level of use, this one is great. I like the fact the ball head locks in ~1/4 turn of the lever. Overall, the construction is exactly what I expected and needed, and I am very pleased.
