The Quattro OB is a unique and innovative four-stage pedestal with extensive benefits for today's camera operator. The four-stage column has been designed to offer maximum rigidity coupled with an unrivalled height range. The low-pressure pneumatic system offers perfect balance throughout the range. The crab/steer pedal allows the operator to switch between conventional and crab steering.

The OB Quattro pedestal comprises a central four-stage telescopic column mounted in a steerable base. The moving column is pressurized from an external pressure source. A weight tray is attached to the top of the column and trim weights are provided for fine balance. The weight tray also provides a standard four-bolt mounting for a pan and tilt head and the pedestal is steered by means of a steering wheel mounted on its underside.
