Wrong Product Description

I bought the S&W MP mounting kit to mount my Razor red dot to my Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 9mm (full size). I followed directions step by step...and on the 12th shot the entire red dot and mount flipped off the handgun and broke the glass! After further research, this mount is NOT for all M&P pistols...it’s only for ones with the slide cut out. Nowhere in the product description does it say this!!! Now I am out $40 for the mount and have a broken red dot!
