Vixen A80Mf 80mm Refractor Telescope with Porta II Mount and Wood Tripod

The Vixen Optics A80Mf Telescope with Porta II Mount and Wood Tripod is an achromatic refractor with a focal length of 910mm and an aperture of 3.1". Its achromatic optical design is capable of rendering high resolution planetary, lunar and deep-sky visual images. While it is noticeably less expensive than some of Vixen's larger offerings, the A80Mf has the same quality glass and exacting workmanship that goes into every Vixen telescope.

This A80Mf telescope comes with the following accessories: the Porta II mount with tripod, a 6.3mm eyepiece, a 20mm eyepiece, a 1.25" diagonal, a dew/sun shield and tube rings with a dovetail plate for attaching the OTA to the mount. Because the A80Mf is compact, lightweight and extremely well built, it travels well and stores away quite easily. It's an ideal optic for celestial and terrestrial viewing.

The A80Mf on wood tripod with the Porta II Head is a steady and solid platform for your observing sessions. Wood tripod, not only attractive, but also provides less vibration when viewing.
