Vixen ED115S-WT SXW-SX Trim 115mm Refractor on GP2 Equatorial Mount with HAL 110 Tripod

The new ED 115S lens focuses the full visible spectrum of visible light to a critical point much more accurately than past ED products. The ED115S lenses are almost free of chromatic aberration in all colors and are critically sharp edge to edge. The astro-photographer will be especially pleased with the high contrast images through this telescope.

The GP2 equatorial mount comes standard with tripod and counterweight. It is easy to use and functions well for both the visual observer and astrophotography. The declination and right-ascension functions with 144-tooth aluminum worm gears allowing accurate tracking. Motion is controlled by included control knobs for accurate slewing. The polar altitude adjustment varies from 0°to 62° in altitude.
