Is it worth the splurge or investment?

Love the unit. Was not happy mine shipped with a bad USB cable. After resolving the small technical difficulty, I realized the unit was a big jump from my Intuos 4 medium. Working on the screen to retouch is a dream cone true. I did have to give up my dual monitors, which I really miss. The unit is rather bulky and the average sized desk can accommodate the Cintiq and a 24 LED Cinema display. That being said the Cintiq is designed to be a everyday monitor. There was no remarkable loss between the color, sharpness, and overall quality between the Cinema display and the Cintiq. There were no hot spots or heat issues (like the 12WX model which I returned after one day). In closing it is worth the money particularly if you are a professional and value your time, work product and your eyes.
