If you have an umbrella mount with a hot (or cold) shoe attachment, it will fit in fine.DIANE O : Yes it works for any light source. I have not used this item with the more expensive studio strobes, however, in my research (prior to purchasing 7' Parabolic Umbrella) I did notice some studio setups that used studio strobes with this item. My professional/technical knowledge would lead me to believe that "yes" you definitely can use the 7' Parabolic Umbrella in either case.
