Shopper : I have bought 3 of these. I can't get any of them to work. Am I doing something wrong. Does the unit have to be charged before it can charge a phone?Glen H : The Energizer XP1000 utilizes a lithium polymer battery that must be fully charged before it is fully functional.

Possible Bad MicroUSB Design

I picked this device up after I couldn't find a MicroUSB adapter tip I was looking for. This unit charged quickly, but the flimsy MicroUSB connector broke (and fell inside) after just one use.
