The Yamaha YAS-201 Sound Bar & Wireless Active Subwoofer System is designed to match most HDTVs. The system features a wireless active subwoofer with Advanced YST II technology, which reproduces rich bass with 100W of power output. The system also features a sleek, 60W sound bar with integrated digital amplifier. It can either be mounted on a wall or it can rest right in front of your flat-screen TV. The wireless subwoofer also allows for flexible placement, since it doesn't need to be right next to the sound bar. The YAS-201 uses AIR SURROUND XTREME technology to reproduce 7.1-channel surround sound.

With 7.1-channel surround, the YAS-201 is compatible with both Dolby Digital and DTS surround sound. Plus, it also supports UniVolume and Clear Voice technology. UniVolume keeps all programs and commercials at the same volume level, while Clear Voice enhances the clarity and volume of dialogue and narrations. You can also enjoy wireless streaming of audio from an iPod/iPhone/iPad or computer with the optional YIT-W12 adapter (sold separately). The YAS-201's standard connections include two digital optical audio inputs, which let you enjoy crisp and rich audio from your Blu-ray player or set-top box.
