The Zoom A2.1U Acoustic Effects Pedal contains a collection of amp models, effects and useful features that was designed specifically for the acoustic player. Twelve acoustic/preamp models and 47 effects let you sound like you're playing some of the greatest acoustics ever made. High-resolution 24-bit/96 kHz sampling, matched by 32-bit digital signal processing, delivers even the smallest nuance of your playing with crystal clarity.

The A2.1U is packed with features to make the acoustic player's life easier. The integrated expression pedal lets you do volume swells and wah effects or, alternately, use it to modulate the settings of any of the eight effects modules. You can match your output to your gear with the Amp Select and Pickup Select functions.

A choice of EQ (six-band linear or two-band parametric) lets you sculpt your sound with precision. And, the included feedback remover can be set to auto-detection, so it will find and attenuate the offending frequency on the fly, while you play. Both a tuner and a 40-pattern drum machine are built in and ZOOM Noise Reduction keeps out unwanted noise when you're not playing. The footswitch jack lets you plug in an optional footswitch and control the drum machine, the preset selected, or the delay hold.

  • Integrated Drum Machine and Tuner: Practice time goes faster and easier when you don't have to search for and plug in separate units. The A2.1U is a practice session in a box
  • 40 Presets: Forty highly useful sounds come pre-packaged in the A2.1U, and there are another 40 spaces to save your own unique sounds
  • Footswitch Option: The footswitch jack is there for a footswitch or expression pedal. You can start and stop the drum machine, or switch banks on the fly, without taking your hands of your instrument
  • Quiet Operation: A signal-to-noise ratio of 100dB, accompanied by ZOOM's proprietary noise reduction circuit, make for hum-free playing
  • Solid Construction: The A2.1U is a roadworthy unit, with its rugged metal case and internal rubber damping
