We use hundreds of these with equipment we sell that only has a Euro style plug needing adapting to US outlets. The first batch we bought were designed different and fit much better. Good snug fit. The last two batches we purchased using the same part number were of a different quality and the Euro plugs do not fit tightly causing these to fall off at times. Functional, but not as good as the older model that was perfect.

I needed a lot of these adapters for my laboratory experiments. You want a firm "grip" with adapters so the plugs stay put and do not slip out. I found cheaper adapters but chose these because they were sold by Adorama. I have have never been disappointed with Adorama. I did not want to take a chance on an expensive experiment by using a low quality plug adapter. Sounds silly but it really does matter.
