Blown away with the sound of the LCD-XC headphones. My first high end gear and I am not disappointed with the jump in quality - makes my extensive music collection sound alive, sitting front and center of the recording studio - and FUN!! Requires a new listen to everything, like I've never really heard it before. I cannot recommend this headphone enough. Yes, the price of admission is a little steep but for any serious music lover you owe it to yourself. Enjoy.
