About Amped Wireless -N 600mW Pro USB Adapter

The Wireless-N 600mW Pro USB Adapter from Amped Wireless is heavy duty way to add a high-powered Wi-Fi connection to your desktop or laptop computer. The adapter can connect with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n signals via the 2.4GHz band. It relies upon a high-power 600mW amplifier and an antenna to give you Wi-Fi coverage over an extended distance. It can be setup indoors or outdoors, as it is weather resistant and it can be mounted on a wall or a desktop. This adapter can connect to your computer via USB in one of two ways, depending on how much output power you want.

If you want to obtain the greatest wireless range with the adapter and rely upon the adapter's 600mW amplifier, then you will need to connect the included heavy duty, 26.5' cable up to two of your computer's USB ports. If you want the standard power, then you will only need to connect the cable to one USB port. Compatible with Windows and Mac computers, this adapter is easy to setup and easy to use, whether you need it at home, the office, on the boat, or in the car.
