We're an ad agency who has traditionally farmed our shooting and editing out out and have debated for years on whether or not to make the jump and invest in our own gear. The Ursa Mini 4.6k was the tipping point because of its low cost and high output quality. Based on early results we are extremely happy with the images we're getting. If anything we need to greatly improve our shooting, editing and grading skills before we catch up with this camera. Most importantly, we have been able to make money with this camera and not sink tens of thousands of dollars into a camera body that needs to be replaced or upgraded every few years.

Visually the image is better than Arri Alexa. It is feature-loaded yet modular enough to build out. The bundle was a great discount! And comes with Resolve 12.5! I will be shooting a new project on it soon! Very Happy!!

the imagery this camera produces is excellent, lots of dynamic range, beautiful highlight rolloff, neutral skin tones. My only gripe is the ursa evf is not the best, the evf in my sony a7r2 is better for my eyesight anyway. The ursa evf only lets you zoom in to focus one step, the sony lets you zoom in several steps. overall the camera works great and I am not suffering from the 'magenta corners ' issue. If I underexpose 3 stops and push saturation to 100% then I can see a little of it but nothing that would show up in real world shooting.
