Good bag

I got this bag to carry a Nikon D810, one lens and a flash along with miscellaneous equipment such as battery chargers, etc. It has plenty of room for my camera with a Tokina 24-70 lens on the camera, the second lens and flash, and it is easy to get into and out of. I always hate opening my bag to get a camera out, and I really like the zipper in the top so I can get the camera in and out without opening the bag. This is particularly handy when going to an event such as an art show opening wh...ere I shoot intermittently. The bag is well padded, has a hand strap and a shoulder strap that would lift a small car.

Best camera bag Domke ever built

OK, only in my opinion. I'm a photographer since more than 50 years. During this time I owned numerous bags. Most of them were stolen or lost. So at the moment I'm left with 14 bags, very small, small, middle, big, too big... Among them 4 Domkes, the F-2, F-6 and anything with 5, the Journalist Chronicle being the newest one and for me the best and ultimate one for 2 cameras, 5 lenses, 2 flash, a 10" tablet and a lot of accessories. IMHO this is the best one Domke ever built. I don't ta...ke the list price of 460 US$ seriously, even the market price of 280 bucks seems to be kind of weird. But I paid it and I don't regret it. The only complaint about the "Military Green/Black Trim" version is the red zippers. Hey guys, photographers usually don't look for attention of other people to stare at their camera equipment. Why then the red zippers? Next Domke version with LEDs flashing? I guess this idea was not born by the "professional photographers (who field-tested the prototype bags)" but a crazy idea of the "innovative design team". But nevertheless no reason to deduct a star.
