I literally bought this label maker about 2 hours ago. Got it home, registered it, went to start labeling my life and the brand new batteries were dead???? What is going on. I was so excited. Been wanting one for awhile. And now i have one and it wont print.

Then got back to it a year later, changed batteries, tape got jammed & now turns out blank printing ... have cleaned print head + cutter ... very disappointed ... as I don’t know what to do with all my label cassettes !

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this label maker. I put a brand new cartridge in and the print quality is horrible. I followed the factory reset instructions from a response from Dymo to another customer with the same issue. It didn’t work. Do not waste your money! Believe the reviews

Printed my first label. Pressed the cutter button on the side and it "popped". Now the button is loose and won't trigger the blade. Bought on Amazon and getting an exchange. Hope I don't get a paper jam error based on these reviews. Will update review on my new one.

I have mine for over a year now and still printing. Not sure why all the bad reviews as this is the second one we own (got tired of sharing). Just wish backing came off a little easer.

I have owned my LetraTag® 100H Plus since January 2019. I literally purchased it for one reason. To apply registration ID to my Drone in Canada. I have used it maybe 3 times since. When I picked it up the other day for the 4th use. 2 lines on the display are no longer visible. Note also that it's sat in it's pretty holder with the batteries out of it to make sure there was no corrosion, it's never been dropped or mishandled. I did contact support and they were nice enough to ship me out a new one, but I am concerned after reading the reviews, how many people are experiencing the same issue and if I will just run into the same problem with the replacement. Long story short. Not happy with the situation of the product, but the customer service I received was AMAZING. Hence why I gave 5 stars. But would I recommend this product? No, especially if it was being used daily as a work horse for creating labels.

Do NOT waste your money in this devise! I have trouble shot, cleaned, wiped, reset to factory default, replaced batteries with brand new ones and still it will not print! I continually get Tape Jam! Error I have wasted $$$$ buying brand new tape with no resolve! DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DEVICE!

Has never worked properly. The print quality is so poor (constantly seems to be out of ink) that it is not even good enough for home use. I have these sad looking labels attached to different things and every time I see one I am thinking "remember to buy a new label writer".

I have been wanting a label maker for a long time, and go figure I finally get one and it doesn't work. I'll never get another one from this brand again. It's doing the same thing everyone else has said as far as saying the tape has jammed when it hasn't. I've done everything they have told everyone else to do and still doesn't work. I'm super mad and they don't answer their phones so I'm done.

I try to print and the words look like a printer about out of ink, letters are missing or only partially printed.

I bought this today and every time i try printing something, the top half of the words are cut off. What a waste of money! Im not saying its not affordable but lower your prices if you're going to make such poor quality products.

Bought new, put in new batteries, new label tape. All it says is tape jam. Customer service is a joke, I cant even get ahold of them. Waste of money. Will never buy another dymo product

We bought this product several years ago from Walmart. And over the years it has labeled many thinks from office stuff, to my school supplies, to things in the kitchen. But here recently it has seem to have ran out of ink. We cannot find replacement ink cartridges anywhere! Hate that it looks like we will have to buy a new label maker entirely!

The label maker's screen is difficult to read it only comes halfway on screen and cannot read. I checked batteries and pressed the power button 20 times with batteries out and then held the num lock +8 and power button to reset but the lcd screen is not working. Very dissapointed when I went to start my project. I bought at Walmart last week, I will be returning and not replacing after reading the other reviews.

Have had this device a little while, it's definitely out of warranty, but I've barely used it. Maybe a handful of time and when I went to go use it today that LCD screen is barely readable. Most of the letter are faded or not visible. Tried new batteries, nothing. What a piece of junk. Garbage. Definitely looking for another brand next time

I'm 69 years old and have owned Dymo label makers since they only printed in one size type and font and you had to select each letter on a rotating wheel ... REAL old school! I've owned several models over the years and this is without question the worse model ever. The last LetraTag I owned lasted more than 10 years, and although it had less features than the 100H the print was smooth and clear. I've owned this device since 1/24/20 and printed about 1 1/2 rolls of labels. The print is barely acceptable, looking somewhat pixelated at all sizes. Today when I turned it on the display showed a line of capital "R"s with something like a tilde over each R in 2 different font sizes. I tried a factory reset (power+num lock+J) but to no avail. Pressing the "clear" button causes the display to go into an uncontrollable blinking. I would return it to WalMart, but didn't save the receipt. Never again a Dymo!

The Dymo Letra Tag machine will not power up, new batteries don't help, No place for a power cord show that can't be it. Machine has not printed over 2 rolls of labels in an office environment

Bought the LetraTag 100H recently to label storage bins. It was easy to set up and works great, at least with the first print cassette. I’m very impressed with the warranty period as well.

I bought it brand new put brand new batteries and wasted a whole roll of Label tape because it never printed the first label because of a tape jam. I tried all three suggestions to fix it and nothing worked. I am very very disappointed and probably will not Purchase another demo product because it takes so much to even use it the first time I do not recommend this product at all and will put negative reports everywhere I get the chance this was a waste of my time and my money both of which are more valuable tthan your companies reputation seems to be

I just bought this device today 1/29/2020 and after placing in the cartridge that came with the item according to the directions, it says TAPE JAM when I try to print a label. I am very unhappy about this. Brand new product that does not work.

Brand new label maker, put fresh batteries in. When I try to print, instead of whole letters only a thin stripe of the word shows up on the bottom half of the label. One hour later and many tiny strips of paper later, I don’t have a single label printed yet...

I bought this product from Walmart yesterday 01/08/2020 and I only be able to print 1 label and stop working. I put new batteries and still not working. I hope if Dymo can get this fix or be replace for another one.

I’ve only used this label maker twice. I’ve read the reviews and followed the suggestions left by the staff at Dymo. I’ve made sure there is t a ham and the roller is black, I’ve changed the batteries multiple times. I’ve also completed the erase several times and still nothing works. I was excited to use this label maker to mark some storage totes in my basement and garage. I’m extremely disappointed it quit working the second time I used it. Hopefully, Dymo will stand behind their product and send a replacement to me.

Thanks for this blue label maker. Other sellers had used ones or were out of stock. It works well with good batteries and plastic labels. They last longer than the paper labels. Thanks!
