ARTURO C : Hello, I see someone asking a similar question 7 or 8 years ago: Can I use this Elinchrome Zoom Spot with my Profoto acute? What adaptor would I need? Does Adorama sell all the zoom and the adapter?ANDREW R : No, I don't believe so. Elinchrom uses a different mount entirely. I'm not aware of an adapter that would fit your requirements.
C T : The heading says "18° - 36° Angle", but the overview says "12° - 24°". Which is it? The overview also reads "There are four masking blades to make squares, rectangles or slits; a gobo holder with a gobo set including a "circle° set for iris effects, a filter holder and filter set, plus power reducing front masks." But in the "What's included" section, it only states "Masking Blades". Are the gobo and filter sets included or not? And if they are, how many gobos and what shapes? Is the Elinchrom Profoto Adaptor compatible with the Zoom Spot and how is the quality of light when used with Profoto strobes considering the flash tubes are positioned differently?JOSEPH P : Hello, I use this Elinchrom zoomspot almost every day and find it a great accessory. I use it with an Elinchrom monolight. I also own Profoto packs and have thought about purchasing the adapter as well. Elichrom makes high quality items and would expect that it should work well. I like to purchase from Adorama because of their return policy.

The Elinchrom EL 26481 is a theatre follow spot attachement for an Elinchrom flash head. It allows continuously variable angle adjustments at approx. 18° - 36°. The crisp twin lens focusing (with easy lens cleaning access) makes good use of the large range of accessories included with the unit.
There are four masking blades to make squares, rectangles or slits.

You can buy an optional accessory set (EL264840) which includes a gobo holder with a gobo set including a "circle° set for iris effects, a filter holder and filter set, plus power reducing front masks.
When attached to a 1200 w/s head, F-22.6 is achieved from a distance of 6.5' (1/125 sec., 100 ISO).
