My impressions so far are really light weight from other mono-pods I have, that is until I place a ball-head or mono-pod head on it, than I notice the added weight of the head. Fast and easy to set up and use. So far I have used it to mount my Rotolight on and it's a dream to move, re-position, etc. Shipping was far faster than I expected and well packed. So far, no complaints.
