I bought these step-up rings to make use of the many Series 8 & 9 filters that I formerly used with larger lenses. In the past I used nothing but Tiffen, but the 52-77 & 58-77 rings fit smoothly and tight on my Nikon lenses.

This step up ring prevents me from spending extra money on multiple filters for all my lenses.  Works like a charm!

You screw it in the end of the lens just as you would a UV filter. Then you can screw anything into it.  I'm useing to attach a 10X close up lens to Canon 70-300 Lens. Buy for the bigest lens you have then buy adapter rings to fit the smaller lens. More bank for the buck.

Adapter ring

I purchased this stepup ring in order to use other 77mm filters on a 58mm filter size lens.  It is a money saver for me.  No problems with it in two weeks.

Great Product

I have Sigma 10-20mm lens with 77mm filter size and 2 expensive 77mm filters for it - Sigma polarized and B+W IR (about $130.00 each). With this adapter I can use these filters with my prime lens - Canon 50mm F1.4 and don't have buy another set. Very big saving!

Works perfectly so you don't have to buy different filter sizes.  Use all your 77mm filters on your 58mm lenses!  Excellent!
