Shopper : The title states the max capacity as being 4.5 pounds, but in the description/features below the title it is stated that the max capacity is 15 pounds...which is it?JACK J : My personal experience has been with up to 11 - 12 lbs with no problems. More importantly, if used, is the type of head used.Michael P : I use it with my tamron 150-600 and my sony a99ii and on a gimbal mount, it's super stable so it's the 15lbs rating. It's beefy and stable! I recommend it. It's a nice monopod. No flex like the cheap one I had before.
David B : how to joint Nikon D 610 Camera body on this monopod?Brands@ A : the 3Pod T1 Tilt Head with Quick Release is designed to allow you to rotate the camera on a single axis when using a monopod, it is typically used to rotate from horizontal to portrait orientation (for still photography) but you can use it any way you want.
For videography i would suggest the 3Pod Q2 Lightweight Fluid Video HeadMichael P : You can screw it on directly but it won't be real flexible. You need a ball head or gimbal mount on top to get the best use out out it.

Great Monopod, Easy Fast Length Changes
For when you can't use a tripod, this monopod is lightweight, allows rapid length changes and setup, good stability indoors and out, and, although I haven't tested many monopods, I suspect that it would be difficult to beat the Flashpoint UC204 at its price point. I bought this slightly longer model that's roughly eye level for me, somewhat more stable than smaller monopods while adding very little in weight. The perfect monopod for me.

Exceptional monopod.
Plan to use this on a trip to India in the fall. It should prove easy to utilize as I move thru the crowds at the Pushkar festival.
