Overall, good purchase. Technically sound, but limited in expansion capabilities. It will support an additional 16G of memory but no way to add another HD/SSD. Further, the documentation available at the HP website is inaccurate. USB ports on the back of the PC are not SS.

I always appreciate the quality of HP's computers and was looking to upgrade from my 8-year-old HP machine. This machine has a fast processor, lots of memory and a good sized SSD for a very competitive price. Wireless keyboard is a new feature for me and I really like the weight of it while maintaining a small footprint. Shipping was fast and the purchase experience was fantastic. I will continue to remain loyal to HP.

The machine is decent. Technical support is horrible. There are two available SATA data ports on the mother board. However, there is no way to expand storage. I tried to add a SATA SSD drive. There is no extra power supply cable. The motherboard has a proprietary power outlet for SATA power. The power outlet looks like a regular ATX 4 pins socket. However the indentation of socket is different. A regular ATX 4 pins male pin would not fit. I called technical support and wasted over 8 hours. The AI chat bot is useless. The first human technical support give me a part number. I looked up the part number. It is cable with a 6 pins jack. Did I mention that cable costs over $60. Obviously, I had to call the technical support again.The second human technical support is clueless as well. He promised to call me back with the correct part number. It has been over 2 weeks since my last call. I don't think that he would call me back

It fails to boot up 4 out of 5 times. Customer service from the care package that I purchased has been disappointing. Long wait times, reps unclear of the machine and conflicting guidance from the multiple reps I've had to speak with. I actually was asked in the middle of a resolution session to stop and reschedule for the following Monday because the rep was going home for the day.

The CPU is working great but the keyboard and mouse that came with it won't work so using old ones. I don't need instructions on how to hook up a computer, but just know there were no such instructions and only weak pictures on how to hook up the keyboard and mouse...which didn't work.

I like small footprint seems quick but at the price the memory should have been maxed out for future proofing. No card reader is a problem for me and inputs on back poorly marked. I have not had it long so will have to see how it lasts. Still a solid four star.

I kept getting a battery error notification right out of the box so I thought I have a dud PC on day 1 so I got buyers remorse. So I still don't know if I have a problem. My HP desktop PC has McAfee bloatware that is constantly notifying me in French but I speak English. I think we will try a Chromebox for replacing our remaining Windows 10 desktops. The wifi works much better than that on my old Dell Windows 10 desttop. I was happy with the price that I paid for my HP OmniDesk Desktop compared to what Dell wanted. Delivery was fast and packaging was strong.

I upgraded from a six-year-old HP Pavilion for speed and storage. It made a tremendous difference. Everything runs faster and better. The process was quite simple using PC mover Ultimate. I couldn't be more pleased.

I've had a couple of HP AIOs, but I wanted a tower this time. Initially, I tried another brand, but I could not get it to daisy chain with two monitors no matter what I tried. I got mad and returned everything! After a couple of months, I shopped around again and finally decided on the OmniDesk PC. What can I say? HP for the win!!

HP didn't deliver what I bought, specifically the USB receiver. It took a month for HP, the manufacturer and seller of the device, to tell me you couldn't send the device, and sent me refund.

The OmniDesk is great. I just don't like Windows 11, but I guess I'm going to have to get used to it. I also like the keyboard that came with the computer. I've been using an old HP keyboard since I bought my first computer and hated to give it up.
