Low Barrier of Entry, Very Useful and Intuitive
This is my first time using a steadicam so my opinion of it is not based on comparing it to any other products. That being said the price and features of this lowered the barrier enough for me to actually start using this as a tool for my videos. This device was relatively easy to set up. Good quality and affordable.
It's exactly how it's supposed to be - a manual glidecam. I haven't used it extensively but it feels well-machined and durable as long as you don't do anything dumb. It takes practice to balance, and skill to operate, especially if you're using a manual focus lens. But worth it to get your shot.
