I am happy with the mat cutter. Just getting started. I had noticed that other distributors include an instructional DVD and I failed to notice that your company does not include the DVD with the mat cutter. In retrospect, it is my fault for not noticing that you do not include the DVD. I will need to be more careful in the future. Otherwise, happy with the product.

This cutter works great with my logan mat cutter. It makes quick and accurate cuts every time. I love the ergonomics of the design. There are two issues that kept me from giving it a five star rating. First the little cutting wheel keeps falling out, usually after three or four cuts. Fortunately it has almost always been easy to find. Second, this cutter seems to leave more little slivers of glass dust than I am used to seeing with other cutters. Be sure to clean up carefully after use.

Pros: Really easy to cut glass on my Logan 450. Add drop of oil on the wheel, measure and align glass, pull cutter, align cut on the glass with the Logan board edge, apply pressure - CRACK - done. Very precise cut. Cons: When I was unpacking it, I found cutting wheel and pin were not tighten with the screw only when I dropped them on the garage floor... Took a lot of efforts (add energetic expressions describing Logan engineering skills) to find these tiny parts... especially pin.

I use this to cut my 20x24 glass down to 18x24 I wish I would have bought it sooner since I wasted glass in the past with my previous cutter by another brand name not working well. This one is so much nicer and gives accurate cuts.
