The MagMod Starter Kit completely leveled up my on-the-go wedding photography! Kit 2

Seen a ton of YouTube videos about the magmod system and finally broke down to try it after having my AD200's for a while. Love the ease of use of slapping on a grid or gels to really change up a normal shoot to something amazing. 

Great system

I attest that this product is the only tool I need to take out in the field with me. It's sleek design not only allows me more mobility, but more flexibility in the field. I highly recommend to all pros and beginners alike. 

Amazing!!

When I switched from my Canon speedlights to my Godox ones, I sold off my old starter kit with the old flashes. After trying a different flash modifier system, I ended up just repurchasing this starter kit because these flash modifiers are just the best there are. I never have to worry about the attachments falling off because the magnets are SO strong. These things seriously are not budging, and yet they're easy to switch when you need to! They are extremely versatile products. Very happy to have these back in my kit!

Game changer for flash photography 

Great product but much easier to buy on Amazon - cheaper and faster. Shipping was way too expensive and way too slow when buying directly from MagMod site.

I used the sphere to cover event from weddings to company 3 day long events and I get great lighting from it" easy to use staying place no worries falling out while walking and standing in chairs I love it' 

Best in the market. 

This idea is fantastic. Why didn't I hear of this sooner? I just pulled out my old modifier attachments and what a pain it was to attach. These mag mods are so much easier and better to use. The hardest part was putting the magnet ring in the flash head. Attaching and changing the attachments is a piece of cake and are much ch nicer than the old Velcro one I had. So much so I bought Kit 2!

Wish I had purchased this sooner!

Was very difficult to mount on the Godox V1 flash. The rubber material was torn off the small magnets.

Good, but difficult to install on round-headed blinds

These modifiers and gels allow me to do what I need, when I need it.

A must have for a working pro

Flask Kit 2

I've debated on getting this kit for quite some time a I'm slow to adopt new techniques into my business but I finally pulled the trigger!! I've only really used the dome so far but it's amazing! I love that it's magnetic and easy to take on and off and not only that but seems to stay on during an event without me having to check it over and over. Highly recommend!

Awesome Purchase!

Excellent product, at a great price! I've only tested so far. I like how quick I can gel my flash, and how quick I can set up, and take everything down. I will be buying more Magmod products.

Sphere and Grid give great results and shape the light exactly as you would expect, although with a seemingly softer light with the sphere than would be expected from such a small modifier.  The magnetic nature of these attachments also make them quick to use / change results.

Small modifier, Big Results

So pricey, but strong quality products (for my needs 50% less would have been the sweet spot.

The maggrip 2 is a must if you want to use it's accessories like the magmod sphere, snoot, bounce and it's gels. The only thing I did like is when new it's extremely hard to place it on the speedlite other then that I love the ease of the products. 


Good fit

This thing takes some muscle to get in place, but once it's on it's staying and it works really well! 

It's an exercise, but it works!

I haven't had much time to fully explore the Starter Kit yet, but I can already see that it has the potential to be a game-changer in my sessions. The quality is impressive, and it delivers exactly what it promises. I'm excited to dive deeper and utilize it more in the future!

For the price you pay, this set offers an incredible amount of value in both the product and materials. I love that it includes a little bit of everything-it's almost like a sample pack, allowing you to try out different tools and options. Amazing portable kit! (One of the gel magnets fell off the first time I used it but since I don't plan to gel often, it's not a big deal).

For outside sesions when is so windy , the magsphere it's so awesome, the correction gels improve your photography to other level!
