8'x 8' butterflies measure approximately 7'8"x 7'8"
12'x 12' butterflies measure approximately 11'8"x 11'8"

A bleached muslin is a flat reflector whereas an unbleached muslin is a warm white reflector. Both can be used for bouncing a soft light or as a very soft diffusion type of textile.
