Paul G : I have a Norman studio flash head (built in pocket wizard) it came with a ring for a softbox,will this fit ?BRETT S : I don't believe so. It is designed to attach around the bulb of the Q flash. If the size is similar it may work, you might have to rig it so it can stay on. ANTHONY C : I Paul I really can't say I use a quantum trio flash headPATRICK H : I use mine on the LH2 lights. It plugs directly into head along side the bulb. Specific light system in 200 B. I initially only bought one, but liked it so much I bought another. It doesn't need the ring.
Shopper : Will this work on standard battery powered strobes?RAUL A : It's made for Quantum QFT5d-R or similar. They are not even the most stable attachment.RAUL A : You have to be specific to the flash unit. not made for all battery powered flashes. I use with quantum. It is the perfect solution when I have to take a light set someplace. I bought two and a splitter for the 200B. I love my Norman Octogonal Softboxes, but I use them on Quantum Flash heads and they work great..not familiar with the Old Norman 200B series heads

I would buy this product again

I use this on a Qflash for outdoor senior and family portraits. The quality of light is wonderful. The catch light in the eyes has the shape of the octagon instead of a rectangle. It's light and easy to use. I use it on a light stand which is the only problem. You have to use some kind of a weight or have someone hold it if it's a little windy. Because if it blows over, it will ruin it. But with the low price ... I always have 2 extra on had. I have even use this in the studio as a kicker light and a main light. All in all .. This light modifier is really amazing......

Awesome Product ..need one for all sets

I found it easy to apply and easy to remove and pack. Solved my harsh light issues
