Shopper : Can anyone tell me the diameter of the plastic eyelet?  I have several straps with different claps sizes.  I just want to know if I have one that will fit the eyelets.  Not all of my straps were designed for cameras but would still work for it if I could connect.  I sent this question to the mfg but no response so far. Thank you.

Sturdy

Very sturdy. Flat braided nylon cordage sewn to leather tabs wrapped around a plastic loop. The cordage a little difficult to thread through neck strap loops on my T3i but does fit well once installed. Using s-biners to connect utility loops to neck strap, Very fast to disconnect the neck strap when mounting camera on tripod or telescope.

Great product made in USA

The little metal connectors on most DSLR are too small and hard to feed a connector into, so these Op/Tech connectors once installed make attaching and detaching a camera strap much easier. I also bought the little Op/Tech plastic connectors for another camera both of these products make attaching a strap to a camera much easier then threading through the metal mounts on the camera body.

Only way to go.

These connectors used in combination with quick release OP/TECH straps are the ideal setup. They are attached to all five of my camera bodies.

Best invention since the wheel.

I carry three cameras in my bag and one strap,have these little connectors on all cameras. Also shooting verical just quickly remove strap ,connectors don't get in your way.

Just what I needed

I'm using these connectors as part of a quick release for my camera straps. With most camera neck straps with a quick release, when the strap is removed you still have a pair of 4-6" long straps with plastic buckles hanging from the camera. I found those to be extremely annoying, and always in my way. These Op Tech connectors along with some swivel hook connectors let me attach my UPstrap for shoulder carrying or Op Tech Pro strap for neck carrying. When no strap is on the camera, I barely even notice these connectors. They're also extremely easy and quick to remove/attach.
