It's ok for casual shooting but if your trying to shoot action or at a high frame rate it loses it's recycle time rather quickly.

I use these Batteries in a Nikon Coolpix L120

After breaking in these batteries, they consistently cycle at about 2200-2350mah of discharge with after a 30 min wait from a full charge using professional chargers. This is with very high and cycling chargers that are accurate.

I can't see these batteries lasting more than 6 months when used heavily in a SB-800/900 or 580EX/EXII.

My SB-900 and SB-600's recycle faster with old PowerBase 2800's that now only hold around 1700mah and are several years old.

All in all, they are cheap NiMH's. They do the job, but not overly well.
