Up to 5.7k at 60fps. The Ninja V allows users to get the most from there camera that's held back by internal codecs. It wasn't in stock at the other place, but Adorama always makes sure they have everything you need to win in film.

An incredible tool to record footage and bypass the compression of your cameras internal recording that degrades your true image quality. The Ninja uses SSD drives... Faster and much more reliable record speeds and times for half the price of SD cards. The Ninja allows the use of the Pro Res Raw and Pro Res codecs... Some of the best in the business that don't allow your computer down during the edit. This recorder/monitors exposure tools are to notch... False color, vector scopes, waveforms, focus peeking all make this tool turn average cameras into a filming force to be reckoned with. I don't want to record internally again if I don't have to. My only wish is that it came with a hood. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to squeeze every inch of IQ out of their camera.

I purchased a pair of Ninjas to use for wedding and event videography. I need the ability to record 1080p and 4k for more than 29:59 with minimal extra expense. I already had a pair of EOS R bodies and upgrading to a newer set of bodies than weren't limited to 30 minutes wasn't an option. I've done a tone of testing and used the Ninjas for two weddings not and I'm very pleased with the results. The package that included the CONNECT modules is going to add another layer to my business with the ability to live stream events.

I really love this monitor it has added so much to each camera that Ive owned so far, specifically the zcam and fuji cameras. The only thing i wish is that the battery life was longer but as a recorder it will drain faster then other monitors.

The screen is beautiful, lightweight, and pretty easy to use. However, the fan noise was too much for me. 2-3x louder than the fan of my P4K and no options to control it. Doesn't slow or turn off during recording, just constantly makes noise. Returned for a SmallHD monitor which uses passive cooling (no fan - no noise).

Very impressive monitor/recorder. Quality is fantastic and the screen is sufficiently bright to use in sunny conditions - can’t wait for the sun hood though as this will help even more for critical focussing etc. Easy to set up, on screen settings easy to find and change. Also nice that it takes the SSD I bought a while ago for a Ninja Blade; just switched to the V caddy. Using with a C100 MkII. Auto triggering works great. Bit disappointed that Atomos have not produced a full manual for it yet…and their tech dept was a little slow to respond. Otherwise it’s an easy 5 stars!

CFexpress

12G-SDI in / out
Ninja TX expands its professional versatility with the addition of 12G-SDI input and output, complementing its existing HDMI 2.0 connections. Having both SDI and HDMI built in supports a wider range of cameras and production workflows. SDI also enables long cable runs, making the Ninja TX a reliable hub in multicam, on-location, or studio workflows.
USB-C
Ninja TX has two USB-C ports, opening the door to the directly attachment of external storage media, and monitor calibration. It's a future-ready addition designed to keep pace with evolving content creation needs.
Unique cable locking system
Atomos has developed a unique and rugged locking ecosystem to maintain a secure grip on connected HDMI and USB-C cables. Ninja TX comes with special brackets to facilitate this, and a USB-C locking cable. With Atomos locking cables you get the most robust cable system available today.
Flexible power options
USB-C PD
Ninja TX supports USB-C Power Delivery (PD), which allows the device to be powered directly from a compatible USB-C source, including power banks, wall adapters, or hub systems.
NP-F battery
NP-F batteries are ideal for field use - powering your monitor-recorder through extended shoots without the need for frequent swaps or complex power setups. (Purchased separately).
Battery eliminator
Compatible with all Atomos monitors that accept an NP-F Sony L-Series type battery. Requires the separately available Atomos Locking AC Power Adapter to provide power. (Purchased separately).
Unmatched codec & frame rate flexibility
Resolution and frame rates
The Ninja series supports a wide range of resolutions and frame rates, depending on the output of your camera: up to 120fps at HD resolution, up to 60fps at 4K UHD/DCI and up to 30fps at 8K UHD/DCI resolution. Shooting in higher frame rates is typically used for slow motion playback or fast action scenes.
Choice of codecs
All Ninjas come with Apple ProRes, Avid DNx and H.265/H.264 pre-activated, so you can start shooting immediately with the codec best suited to your project. Ninja TX also includes NDI 6 / HX3 as standard.
LOG formats
All Atomos monitor-recorders support a wide variety of LOG profiles from the most popular camera manufacturers, including Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Nikon, Fujifilm, ARRI, and RED. Being able to work with LOG profiles allows for greater dynamic range and more flexibility in color grading during post-production.
Professional monitoring tools
The Ninja range offers a comprehensive suite of simple, one-touch monitoring tools for focus, framing, and exposure, including focus peaking, zoom (2:1, 1:1), zebras, false color (including ARRI and EL Zone), frame guides, SMPTE safe areas, grid markers, waveforms, an RGB parade, vectorscope, and flexible 3D/1D LUT support with profile and preset options (including .cube file uploads). Additionally, Ninja provides anamorphic de-squeeze monitoring to correct the ratio for anamorphic lens setups.
EL Zone
All Ninja monitor-recorders support EL Zone, a professional false color exposure tool that helps you see exactly how bright or dark different parts of your image are. Unlike traditional false color systems that use rough IRE ranges, EL Zone assigns specific colors to exact exposure values - based on stops of light, in the same way your camera sees exposure. It's a precise and consistent way to expose your image correctly every time.
LUTS
Ninja receives LOG signals from the camera and offers real-time LUT (Look-Up Table) preview to approximate what the final graded image will look like in Rec.709 - all while recording in high-quality ProRes, DNxHR, or ProRes RAW. Custom LUTs (.cube files) can be loaded from the CFexpress card or SSD and used in conjunction with the Ninja's built-in monitoring tools for precise exposure control.
See true colors with HDR precision
All Ninjas have a 5-inch, 10-bit HDR/SDR touchscreen display. Ninja and Ninja Ultra have 1000 nits of brightness, while Ninja TX has 1500 nits of brightness. All Ninja screens are viewable in direct sunlight and sun hoods are available as a separate purchase for extreme conditions.
High Dynamic Range
You can view 10+ stops of dynamic range from a LOG/PQ/HLG signal. Ninja's unique HDR monitoring features help you simplify the complexities of shooting LOG and HDR, because it is possible to replicate post-production workflows when it matters most - while you are shooting.
Calibrated
Calibration is the key to a trustworthy monitor. Ninja's can be calibrated with Calibrite Display Pro HL / Plus HL probe, and using the Atomos Calibrator app, for ongoing accurate HDR and Rec.709 monitoring. Accurate monitoring ensures reliable results.

Camera to Cloud
Camera to Cloud (C2C) is a revolutionary new workflow that allows you to upload your video files directly from your Atomos monitor-recorder to the cloud, right from wherever you're shooting. There's no time lost transporting and copying drives. Ninja TX has everything you need to do C2C built in. Atomos supports direct upload to our own cloud platform - ATOMOSphere - as well as third-party platforms, including Frame.io and Dropbox.
NDI 6 HX3 transmit and receive
NDI is a way to send and receive video over ordinary networks (including Wi-Fi and mobile) in high quality, but with remarkably low bandwidth requirements. It's increasingly used in live production and events. Any Ninja can be fully integrated into an NDI environment, either as an NDI source, visible to all other authorized devices on the network, or as an NDI receiver, with all the monitoring functionality you expect from an Atomos device. NDI is included as standard with Ninja TX.
Timecode
Timecode is a unique digital "timestamp" assigned to each frame of video. It ensures that all your devices - cameras, audio recorders, and monitors-are in perfect sync. Ninja TX includes AirGlu timecode sync over RF or Bluetooth to act as a powerful timecode hub.
Powerful system management tools
Dual Record
Record full-quality ProRes RAW up to 4K 60p while simultaneously recording HD 60p in H.265. It's the best of both worlds. Craft your edit with the H.265 'proxy' files. If that's good enough quality for social media, send it out. If not, autoconfirm with the ProRes RAW master files for grading and finishing in post production.
