I use it to take pics of grand kids, nature, weddings and just what ever comes up. I used it when a deer hit my explorer to show pics at different body shops. The pictures were so clear! I also have the NV-3 model which is 7.2 mpx. This one is 12 just fantastic. I love the dual image stabilization and the beauty and smart modes. The zoom range is great also the video is great. The only thing I don't like is the small power button and no detailed instruction manual. have to refer to disc that came with camera.

We had a great samsung camera that unfortunately was lost in the tsunami in Samoa and we replaced it with this camera. Big disappointment! The quality does not compare to what we had. Don't buy it....
