I got this for ($) and for that price, this is MIC is pretty darn good. To get to a lot better, i will have to spend around 100 bucks more at least. The piece that i got, is losing connection intermittently, so will work with adorama to fix that. The sound quality is almost professional quality.

The sound is very clear and pickup from a short distance is noise free. Better than a headset mic by far. Only thing that is a bit of an issue is the weight and size make the tripod stand included a bit difficult.

I'm not a singer , or a professional speaker . I do YouTube video for my sake , I was looking for a microphone ,and I got a good deal on this one . What surprise the most is the quality of the audio, and that even in big room with no furniture I don't have any echo! For me was one of the best purchase I did lately ! The only thing that is missing is the headphone port

I bought two of these for podcasting, and the quality of sound was really good (almost too good, as it picked up the sounds of my fridge clicking on at one point). They are heavy and the shock stand is very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the recording software is for PC only. I used Audacity for Mac which worked great, but the documentation on the Samson software was certainly more detailed.

While the product came with everything and was delivered faster than quoted, the Tripod tabletop stand is very cheaply produced, and as soon as I took it out of the box, and opened the Tripod legs to stand it up, it broke in my hands... no pressure hardly any movement to it and it just snapped, otherwise the microphone is good but dropping a star for the garbage desktop stand.now I’ve got to buy another mount or just lay it on my desk...

It looks very sturdy and is pretty heavy, but I find it's not as easy to use as the other mics I used. Also, it tends to pick up a lot of background noise. If it were smaller and easier to use, I would give 5 stars.

I use it for my to stream on twitch and it sounds amazing. Was super easy to set up! I got it on sale for $ which makes it an even better deal for it. I just need to learn how to get rid of the background noise better.
