The quick-release camera plate locking system and telescoping, 2-section, high modulus carbon fiber post add to its convenience and functionality. This system is a refined replacement for the former Steadicam Pilot and Scout models, offering enhanced versatility and performance. The A-15 Arm and Vest are designed to make extended shooting nearly effortless. Excellent.  Again, all steadicams need a lot of practice to achieve skill, as the manual says.

As described.  Didn't come with manual, but tech support corrected that.  All steadicams are technology that takes many, many hours of practice to achieve skill.
