I was concerned about getting a "knock off" battery grip. I read horrible things; the grip didn't attach well, didn't match construction of the camera, even a report of the wheel you twist to attach the grip to the camera breaking and becoming lodged in the camera base.
I still figured I'd give one a try. Figured I could always send it back.
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The grip felt solid and matched my D300. The construction was solid; no loose parts. The fit to the body was snug.

Nice addition to D330s. Do not have to put battery in the original chamber, instead two batteries fit in the holder. Don't have to remove to change battery. Wish there are build-in dial controls like the Nikon original.
