It took me a few months to realize that I would never make the most of the magnificent 14-24 f2.8 which I had bought a year ago. Too heavy, too big, no filters. I sold it on eBay, bought the 16-35, and I am using it much more than the bulky 14-24. The cherry is VR. I am only sorry it was not available a year ago!
