We use this to clean our optical elements and lasers in the lab with methanol. Does not leave streaks or fibers when used properly. I'm not sure how photographers use this stuff, but it's perfect for precision science.

I've used other lens cleaning tissues before, I found it to be about the same. It didn't shred, but did leave some fibers behind. I always follow up my lens cleaning using a Microfiber cloth, or using a Lens Cleaning Pen. I use lens tissues, as a pre-clean. ;) I also like the way, the tissues are packaged and that it keeps the dust away. I used stuff that was held together by just a staple. So overall it was just what I had expected.

This is THE BEST lens cleaning tissue I've used.
It cleans the lens with one wipe not several. Doesn't wad up like some of the others I've used.
Superior product.
