Excellent very high quality roller. Met/exceeded my quality expectations. One my my main priorities was to never be in a position to have to check the bag. Was hoping it would fit under the seats of the planes I fly since overhead space oftens fills up. Took it on a (non-photograpic) business trip this past week to test it out. On an MD-80 medium size jet, it fits easily in the overhead compartments but I was not able to get it to fit under the seats due to some sort of boxes that protrude down from the underside of the seats in front of me(bummer). On a smaller Embraer 140 Jet, it will NOT fit into it's overhead bins, nor under the seats on the left side of the plane with just one row of seats. However it will fit with ease under the seats on the right side that has the double row of seats.
Pulling out it's telescoping handle needs some getting used to initially. I grab it on it's sides using my two forefingers while pressing the release button with my thumb and pulling up. Handle seems sturdy enough but I (per the instructions) recommend you not lift the loaded back by the telescoping handle. Rather use the bags cloth handles. The bag has handles on three sides(including the bottom) make lifting it easy. The optional low divider set worked well and allowed me to just fit my 15" Thinkpad T400 laptop. With the included high divider set, I was able to fit my 7D with battery grip, G11, 70-200 f2.8 IS L, 24-70 f2.8L, 50 f1.8, 1.4 extender, extension tubes, 580 flash, filters, battery chargers, accessories, etc. Lastly it's wheels and bearings are very high quality like those on roller blade skates.

I purchased the low divider set and the optional organizer bag. It provided sufficient space for all that I need except for the 500 mm lens. Dividers have proven to be less flexible than desired resulting is some wasted space. Otherwise the bag has performed well and I was able to carry my laptop, external hard drive and cables, as well as my tripod and camera gear in a very compact package. Handle seems a bit skimpy, but time will tell.

I purchased this product for airline travel.I needed a roller that would fit on the smaller regional airplanes and also meet international flights. Took this on an Alaska cruise and it carried my P&S, DSLR, 2x extender, 50mm lens, 16-85mm lens and my 70-300 lens and a change of clothes. Smooth roller,durable and right size for carryon. Would buy again.

This bag is great! Rolls smoothly. It has great protection for my gear. Very functional.
