Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
Many of us have worried about checking our gear at the airport, where it is too late to rethink things when they deny it as a carry-on. We need the largest bag for our pro-gear that is guaranteed to be acceptable by all airlines for carry-on. Only Think Tank delivers. That's why I own several from this down to the smaller Airport Anecdote which fits small European regional flight overheads.
One thing you can count on with Think Tank. That is you're absolutely getting the very best. From the zippers to the shell fabric nothing is spared. They are designed by professionals for professionals to the highest standards.
Finally, Think Tank has always been known to design camera bags that just don't quite look like camera bags. That makes for a slightly better defense against thieves, some models more than others.
So, if you have top notch gear, want to protect it, and need to be sure they will be acceptable in the overhead compartments on the airlines, get Think Tank.

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
This case is fantastic. I've owned lots of bags and you won't find a better and more secure product. It's well made and sturdy as a Mack truck. The only issue I've found is there can be a little awkwardness in initially setting up your dividers as there's about a 1.5" difference in levels due to the retractable handle. It's hard to explain, but you'll see what I mean with a face to face inspection of the bag. Otherwise, it's perfect in every way.

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
This bag does it all, with style!
I picked up this bag as a result of my gear growing out of control for all of my other bags I had. My requirements were that I needed a bag that could work not only as a central "base" of operations, but also as a means for easy transport to and from photo shoots, as well as in a studio. There were many bags in this category however, none that came as close as this for overall quality and options. In addition to the overall size, my other requirements were that I needed something that was easy to customize, built to last, ability to lock, and provide quick access to everything. This bag does that, and so much more!
One of the best features - and the reason I chose this over others - is that the depth of the bag allows for far more creative organization that possible otherwise. There is plenty of room to grow once you know more about your shooting. The depth allows a 70-200 2.8 to sit on end (provided you do not have anything in those zipper pouches). This opens up a TON of space for more gear. This alone was one of the reasons I got this. The business card holder is a nice feature too, as are the various locking tools.
The only negative is with the locks. I prefer the Lowepro method for locking with their single cable to lock all of the bags compartments. BUT this bag does provide a fairly secure environment if you need it.
I HIGHLY recommend this bag to anyone who needs quick access to their gear in just about any situation. The backpack straps work great also if you are in a pinch and need to throw this over your shoulders. Replacement wheels is also a nice feature should you need to do that in the future.

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
Overall the bag quality seems excellent. My main use is to transport my under water camera housing, 2 camera bodies, 4 lenses, laptop, hard drive and various accessories. Used along with a small carryon bag that fits under the seat, I can transport all equipment needed for shooting underwater strobes and macro port. The bag fits aton of gear, and the ample partitions can be adjusted many ways. My only complaint is that the telescoping handle seems to not be very solid, but I have not experienced any problems.

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
The bag is built like a tank. The ability to customize the dividers is pretty much limitless and it can swallow up a ton of gear. There's a reason you can't find these things used...once you have one, you'll never want to get rid of it.

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
I have purchased photo equipment bags from many other manufacturers but Think Tank makes the best quality products I have ever used. There is a saying "The most expensive tool you will ever buy, is on that doesn't work", Think Tank is one of the most cost effective tools I have ever purchased.
I have a Nikon D3s with the expensive lenses and no other bag offered the padding, security locks, weather protection and build quality, regardless of the price. Think Tank is in a class of it's own.
I like the roller bag so much that I purchased a 2nd one for my piano tuning business to protect and transport my tuning equipment. The TSA lock allows secure air travel for my tools (which cannot be hand checked).

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
I got mine at the beginning of december last year, now it's been deep in use everyday, all day. Stealth look definitely helps at the check in counter, bag rolls really smooth even when fully loaded and therefore there's less questions asked. I prefer to travel with my equipment, checking them in just feels weird. I load mine with 2x d3, d300, 2x 10.5, 16, 14-24, 45ts, 50, 85, 20-800 and 500 f4, 2 flashes, hasselblad with prism + 80 & 150mm glass and some other items like pw's, film, card reader, external hd, sensor cleaning kit and some other bits and pieces. It gets really heavy, a bit over 20kg, and it seems almost like a joke when i pile everything on a table before packing it up; there's just too much to fit everything in. This bag's a black hole which can swallow all the gear you ever want to take with you and then some more. Obiviously there's no need to carry everything when in location and this is when Urban Disguise 70 comes into a play. Great product, i love it.

This case will hold 4 or 5 shoe mount strobes, 2 DSLR's with 2 or 3 lenses. It will also hold Radio Controllers, batteries and other small accessories.
The exterior pocket will hold 3 of the smaller Manfrotto Light stands along with a couple of umbrellas. Added to that, you can strap a Carbon fibre tripod on to the side. It is a very attractive package, that should fit into most airlines overhead compartments

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
This is my third roller bag but its the only one that can safely fit my D300 with batter grip, 4 lenses (85mm/1.4, 80-200mm/2.8, 17-55mm/2.8, 50mm/1.8), 4 SB-800 flashes, pocket wizards, light modifiers, grip equipment, bracket, cords, etc. . .then I can put light stands and umbrellas in the front pocket. The depth of the bag gives it its wonderful storage capacity.

Very well constructed, excellent design and materials. Easily holds Nikon 600mm f4 with TC1.4 attached, with plenty of room for D300, D700, and five smaller lenses, plus usual accessories, chargers, etc.

I cover a lot of sporting events where it is a long walk to the media centers and they are usually paved so having a bag with wheels makes it a lot easier to transport equipment. I have not used the straps yet but they seem to be comfortable looking at them.

Great protection. Able to haul 12-24, 70-200, 200-400, 500, 2 bodies, 2 mini hard drives, computer, turbo 2x2, all other batteries, and numerous small items. Little to no resistance a airport check in even though I know it had to weigh 65 lbs. Just outstanding design and amout of equipment you can carry. Beats all my other carry-on cases hands down.

Comments about Think Tank Think Tank Airport Security V2.0, Carry On Roller Bag for Photo Gear:
I'm a big fan of getting to a job in good shape, and using a roller bag for my heavy equipment helps with that. I don't want to fly in to a job, only to contend with arm/back fatigue from carrying a heavy case. This case is just right: No problems fitting as a carryon, and offers generous space to hold my gear. The ingenious design allows me to customize the compartments so my gear stays put nicely. Not as protective as, say, a Pelican case -- so I don't think I'd check it -- but easy to maneuver and lightweight. Great wheels. An excellent choice as a carryon, as I like to keep my equipment with me on flights.
