Very Comfortable, I use it with my Canon 40D. I have the BG-E2N battery grip as well as a Canon EF 100-400mm IS lens hanging off it, and it was very comfortable.

Only real con is the black dye comes off when you sweat at first. A real drawback in Florida. Other than that, I've purchased this strap 6 times now for different cameras...I love it!
