The unit is finally working after 2 calls to the support center and a very lucky fix found on the internet. The conections are now fast and stay as long as I am on the web. Nice compact unit and the price is right.
The fix is. Make sure you have your lap top power setting set to performance or you will have fits trying to keep your connection when on battery. This little tid bit of information would have been very helpful when setting up.
