I bought this to use with a bracket that holds a flash and umbrella. This stand is very nicely made, and the telescoping tubes slide smoothly. Nice satin black finish, good clamps too. It was a great deal!

It's a lightweight yet durable and sturdy stand made out of quality material. I don't think one can go any lighter than this without having potential problems. The surface is matte, unlike some other lightstands so it doesn't give off glare. Good buy!

This is a fine light stand that works well with the flash and umbrella. It is heavier than the other aluminum finish, but very surdy.
