I found this bracket to be very thoughtfully designed. For example, no matter which position the flash is in, the distance between the flash and the lens is the same. So one does not have to adjust the flash to insure the desired light distribution. Surprisingly, I can't say the same of other products I have tried.
This flash bracket is also very light-weight. It matters a lot when one runs around taking pictures at a wedding or another event all afternoon.
The rotation is smooth and easy. You don't have to struggle with it. It does not block access to the grip when turned.
It just works and works well with very little effort!
