After reading many reviews I decided to give this thing a try. I was plesantly surprised how well it works, great for large rooms and group shots. It looks heavy but it's really not. I use flash diffusers all the time with great success this globe diffuser is a great asset to my equipment. As for as transporting the globe it's no diffrent than any other bulky piece of equipment. If it works and I think that's what you want! then you will find a way to get it where you need it to be it only weighs a few ounces.
