Comments about Adorama Adorama 24" x 36" Softbox for the Budget Series Monolights.:
I got this because it was made for the monolight kit I had. It casts a good light. I read about assembly problems but I had none of that. Good addition for Budget kit. I like the internal defuser to reduce hot spots but it also reduces the light on an already lower power light. (not a problem for still life or product shots but might be a problem for some portrait use.

While struggling with the assembly of the softbox, my wife noticed the Velcro fasteners along the seams were closed.
After releasing the velcro, pole insertion was much easier.

This is a great tool for my Budget Flashlight Monolights. Use the floor as leverage to get the metal rods in. They are quite easy to put together even without instructions. I know a lot of people think it is hard because instructions were not included. I would really consider using the floor. It worked great for me as it was not any different than putting a tent together.

Comments about Adorama Adorama 24" x 36" Softbox for the Budget Series Monolights.:
I have used these softboxes for portrait work. I believe they would work well in certain product shots as well. They do attach nicely to my JTL J-160's. There is an inner diffuser that is easily removed if you need more power out of your lights.
For the amount paid, they are a great buy.
