I needed this headset to use with my Magic Jack unit on my laptop.The sound is muffled,lots of static even when i am within a few feet from my laptop, very lousy range,Samsung claims 30 feet,i could not get 20 feet tops,i tried it with my Nokia cell phone and the results were not much better.Plastic piece that holds the device to the ear broke the second time i used it. My truck is loud and I have to max it out or hold it tight in my ear to hear anything. I think that's the main problem, that it won't stay in my ear. I considered heating and re-forming the ear clip but it broke before I could try. It broke removing the clip to configure it for the other ear. What's sad is that this happened before I have even received my mail-in rebate. This is not worth the time and trouble since you just end up holding it up to your ear instead of the phone.

I really like my old moto with folding boom. It's bigger, but it turns on and off instantly, no doubts about it's status. Got this to replace it, since I couldn't find it. Finally found it; this one is going to the kids to play with.

Nothing spectacular, but sound quality is quite good. People on the other end don't complain at all about hearing me or average background noise. The problem is that the ear hook broke in the first week. Samsung will be happy to "replace" it for $2.99 (More than I've paid for the headset after rebate). Granted, I keep it in my pocket because it does bother my ear after a while if I wear it all the time. If you aren't too hard on it, it might wear better for you, but I'm going to keep shopping for something more durable.

I generally use this when I'm driving or working around the house and don't want to carry my phone and remain hands free. Although I can hear the caller clearly, they say I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Lightweight, the bud is uncomfortable in my ear and the loop part is too big for me so not a good fit. I purchased it with a full mail-in rebate, so hard to beat the price for a back-up.

Mostly when driving, when I tried to use it for work it kept falling off. The sound quality is great and it is easy to use. If the ear clip was more durable (broke after two days) and the thing stayed on my ear this would be a great all around useful product. I would like to use it for work so I didn't have to chace down my cell phone to answer it.

While this headset is attractive and has good battery life, it is extremely uncomfortable. The earpiece does not fit inside of my ear very well, if at all. The clip on ear hook is unattractive and very chinsy, so I don't expect it will last long. I think they expect the ear bud to "pinch" your ear, which leaves the headset resting against your head. The problem with this is it's not very secure (can fall out when you hit a bump while driving), it's difficult to put on, and it's uncomfortable. Sound quality is good, had no problems pairing, but I don't think it will get much use from me because how uncomfortable it is. Much prefer the less "sexy" WEP-301 that I own with it's in-ear type bud. Comfy, lightweight, and stays put.

This is my first bluetooth headset so I have no basis of comparison, but this headset is working fine for me. It fits nicely in the ear. Range is about 10-12 feet, which is what I expected. The controls are a bit complitated at the beginning since there is only one button on the unit, but you get the hang of it after a while.

I lost it recently snowboarding, but up until then, this was the best headset ever. It was sweet, not too tart, didn't really have that metallic taste. It wasn't heavy at all. Sound was good but the best part was that i could convincingly fake talking to someone on this thing! I will miss it.

Initially this product was good. Twice I was in a conversation, and the headset disconnected. Overall, this is an ok cheap bluetooth headset. It takes some time to turn it on and off, but it works for around the house type of use. I wouldn't buy this for business since it randomly disconnects.

This unit works well for what I expected. Setup was easy with my Motorola Krave phone. The volume is somewhat low. After a couple of days' use, the ear clip broke where it connects to the unit, and that was with very light handling.

I was very disappointed with this blue tooth. It looked great and connected easily, but it was very uncomfortable and everyone complained they couldn't hear me. The ear piece ended up breaking after one weeks use.

The device got connected with my laptop with out any issues and I used for skype for couple of hours. After that when i tried connecting to my cell phone it could not connect to it eventhough when I disconnected from laptop.Again when i tried connecting to my laptop atleast, i couldn't make out. Apart from these, I am not able to find any firmware or supoort for this model. Moreover the customer service lady is so harsh with my when I returning the product. I am very disappointed with the whole shopping.

Only paid [$] for it expecting this rebate works, so I can't complain much, only a little. PROS: I have owned 3 BT's headsets and this one is best as far as sound quality goes. I can hear clearly and I have been asking others how they hear me and it sounds great to them. Its kind of stylish, works great for the hands free part, and easy to use. CONS: The only thing negative about this things is the fit. I've tried using it with the plastic wrap around the ear piece and continuously feels like it will fall off and it does happen. I took the plastic piece off and now it feels like it fits securely in my ear, but its not that comfortable and feels like it may fall out if I turn my head quickly. For the price [$] I would recommend to a friend

It is a little low in the volume for me if I am outside but indoors great and in a car really good .I thought I would try out a new bluetooth for some folks I speak to said my old bluetooth was very noisy and this one is extremely quiet.
So i would recommend it to any one who just wants to save on the ticket you will get for using the phone with hands ,hands free all the way!

Quiet stylish and suppose to be only [...] (unless rebate doesn't come), so can't complaint much. As far as the performance of the device goes, the sound volume needs to be louder. Can't hear that well in the car. That's all the down side to this unit. However, if I paid over $20 for this unit, I won't get this as there are other BT headsets which has better sound volume and are around the same price.

I've used three different bluetooth headsets and this one is the best that I've used. The ear hook is very sturdy, yet comfortable. The headset stays on when I turn or shake my head. The design is great and the sound is great.

The only thing that I didn't like is the little door that covers the port that connects the headset to the charger. It wasn't easy for me to open it with my fingernails. So I cut the cord that attached the door to the headset. The charger port is now exposed as it is in other headsets like this. And everything is now as I'd like it.
