Technical Support in choosing a camera model

The cameras and NVR work great, my only complaint is that the website states that the NVR comes pre-installed with a 4TB HDD. It doesn't so it cost me an extra $100 to purchase a HDD and valuable time with the customer. Please change the note about the NVR having a pre-installed 4 TB HDD.

Only gripe i have, and I think it's a big one, is that a waterproof gland attachment was not provided (and none found in the accessory list) even though the ethernet connection is made for one - my weatherproofing attempt failed, so the camera died. Luckily they're not expensive to replace.
