This product oozes top quality. It feels so heavy and well constructed. It's easy to put together. Once it's installed, it works extremely well. I have a 49 inch Samsung odessey monitor and it just floats above my desk effortlessly because of this arm. Such a great buy and worth the price!

Does what it says. It took some adjustment to get the arm rigid enough to hold up my monitor.

Works well

Strong enough to hold up the 57" Odyssey Neo G9. I have tried two other mounts with little success and money wasted. Once properly adjusted, you can maneuver the monitor with ease.

Great Desk Arm

The arm is really well made. Feels sturdy to the hand and it's quite heavy which gives comfort to my heart. Requires two people to assemble, specially if you're doing a big monitor. We had an issue were the monitor was too heavy bringing the arm down but it was super easy to adjust the sturdiness of the arm and now works like a charm.

Best quality monitor arm I've ever used. 

Only issue was customer service was not very helpful in addressing some trouble shooting issues and responded in an "aggressive" manner towards my questions.

The monitor arm works exactly as described. The staff that received the arm have all reported success with using the arm. The arm is easy to install and move the large screen 34" monitor out of the way for meetings.

Great Product

It's a bit weak holding up my Samsung Neo g9 49 inch curved monitor up high as it will tend to fall but at more normal low to mid heights it's perfect. It's just a small thing but it's a thing to be aware of.

Very sturdy, quality product! Completely trust my Samsung G9 with it. 
Had trouble with inital adjustment, but got prompt help and even a phone call from customer service/support.

Product is a 5. Works great. Holds the weight. Moves smoothly. Wish there was a handle for moving instead of having to grab the monitor. Also haven't heard anything from CS after asking if there is a handle that's compatible or one in the works.

I needed a new arm for my samsung odyssey. The last one broke when i was trying to angle the monitor up. Luckily i had a good grip on the monitor. That arm always had issues keeping the monitor in the angle i wanted. The HX monitor arm has no such issue. It feels super sturdy. Keeps the monitor right where i want it. I couldn't be happier with this product.
