Best ever?.

We love using this for our Canon c500mII. Once you get the hang of it it?s a joy to use. I wouldn?t say you would need it for smaller cameras, it would just be overkill. I will also say that it will start to hurt your lower back if using it for longer than 10 minutes. Overall i think this is good for higher end productions with heavier setups!

MAKES AN IMPRESSION!

Highly adjustable vest, great flexibility in the arm, wonderful paring with the Flycam Redking. My Canon XF705 video camera was too heavy for the Redking alone. I quickly purchased the Galaxy and the weight distribution was tolerable for at least 20 minutes of shooting before a rest. 

Be sure to stand up straight and keep the arm/camera close to your body to help your lower back muscles. 
Research / lessons online and practice, practice, practice! I have logged only about 15 hours with these tools and am just starting to see improvement in the final video stability. It is like learning a musical instrument; the audience realize what they see (or hear, in the example of music) to be amateur or professional. This won't solve all of your problems unless you put the time in to learn the shooting techniques, walking and hand movements properly.
