It is unfortunate that I could only give it two stars. It would habe been only one but I must give as much credit as possible to Adorama. They are a five star business and I would gladly purchase from them again. Now the bad part, I  can't believe Jackson would lower themselves to allow their name to be put on junk like this. If I had the opportunity to play this "guitar" I never would have purchased it. I would advise any other guitar players or even non-players who are considering it, don't waste your money. You would be just as well of if you bought the cheapest guitar at Walmart, it would still be better than this. It is a sad time when you can't trust in the manufacturer to offer atleasr a decent product.
